This site is information, not a contract
Content on this site is general information about insurance products and services. It is not an offer of coverage, a binder, a guarantee of rate, or a contract. Coverage, eligibility, limits, discounts, and pricing are determined solely by the issued policy and applicable underwriting rules, and vary by state. Only a policy issued by the insurer creates coverage. Nothing you read here, and no quote you receive, binds coverage until the insurer has issued it and you are notified in writing.
Quote requests
When you submit a quote request, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge, and you authorize us to use it to prepare a quote. That may include obtaining reports permitted by law, such as motor vehicle, claims history, or insurance scoring reports. Inaccurate or incomplete information may change or void a quote.
SMS and text messaging terms
By providing your phone number and agreeing to receive text messages, you consent to receive SMS/text messages from The Strauch Agency regarding insurance quotes, policy review reminders, renewal follow-ups, appointment reminders, customer care, and marketing messages related to insurance products and services, including home and auto bundle quote opportunities.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
We will not share or sell mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from us, and we will send a single confirmation that no further messages will be sent. You can rejoin at any time by contacting us. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. If you change or give up your mobile number, please tell us so we do not message someone else.
Phone calls and email
By giving us your phone number or email address, you agree we may contact you about your request using those methods, including by automated means where you have consented. You can withdraw consent at any time by telling us.
Acceptable use
Do not use this site to submit false information, to attempt to gain unauthorized access, or in any way that interferes with its operation or with other users.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Venue for any dispute lies in El Paso County, Colorado.
